A+B Hardener is a two-component hardening liquid for screen printing. It is developed and produced by Denbishi, suitable for various photo emulsions, and can significantly improve the screen stencil’s printing life.

Usage

Step 1. Mixing solution A+B in a ratio of 1:1.

Step 2. Using sponge or soft cloth to mix hardening liquid and evenly coat on stencil’s P side (printing side) and S side (squeegee side) of the screen. It is better to coat hardening liquid after the second exposure.

Step 3. Waiting 3-5 minutes to allow the hardening liquid to penetrate the stencil.

Step 4. Using air gun to blow off excess hardening liquid, or using clean sponge or soft cloth to wipe off the hardening liquid. Please note: The film will be formed on emulsion surface, if there is excess hardening liquid floating on the screen surface.

Step 5. Drying the stencils at 40-60℃ in oven more than 30 minutes. The effect will be weakened, if the drying is not completed or the temperature is low.

Notice:

1. Please use as soon as possible and tighten the cap after opening.

2. The product could irritate the skin, please wear protective gloves for operation safety.

Storage:

Storage in a cool, dark, and ventilated place.
