1. Purpose

It is used for the bonding of the screen and the screen frame when the screen is stretched.

2. Characters

Yellow gel-like adhesive.

3.3 The horizontal tension is extremely strong, and the high tension of the screen can be kept stable after the net is stretched.

5. How to use

5.1 Customers can add an appropriate amount of solvent to dilute the product according to the usage;

5.2 New screen frame: first check its flatness, the surface is required to be smooth and free of burrs, and then use a brush to pre-coat a layer of sticky screen glue on the polished surface of the screen frame. (Note: the primer should not be too thick) After it is completely dry, stretch the net again;

5.3 Old frame:

①Use the same glue to stick the net, just tear off the screen, check its flatness, and then stretch the net directly;

②When using different screen adhesives, the bottom glue must be cleaned. (Because the mixed use of two types of screen adhesives will cause detachment.) The follow-up method is the same as that of the new screen frame;

5.4 After stretching the net, when the screen frame and the screen are tightly combined, apply G-18 adhesive glue, and use a scraper before the glue is completely dry;

5.5 It can be dried with the help of a fan, and the drying time is about 20 minutes.

6. Matters needing attention

6.1 After use, tightly cap the bottle to prevent volatilization, and store it in a cool, dark and ventilated place;

6.2 This product contains volatile solvents, so ventilate and wear gloves and masks during operation;

6.3 This product is flammable, please keep it away from fire sources.
