1. Purpose

G-30A (main body) and G-30B (hardening solution) are two-component mesh adhesives, which are used for bonding nylon, polyester mesh and various mesh frames made of aluminum and iron. Strong bonding fastness, good chemical corrosion resistance, super resistance to various solvents.

5. How to use

5.1 When using, first check the flatness of the screen frame, the surface is required to be smooth and free of burrs, and the screen frame is completely dry;

5.2 Make sure that the sticky mesh glue body and hardening solution are mixed in a clean container. Shake the hardener thoroughly before use, and mix the glue and hardener at a ratio of 10:1. Make sure the two parts are mixed in the correct ratio. Improper mixing ratio will result in poor solvent resistance. The adjusted glue should be used within 30 minutes as much as possible;

5.3 Use a short-bristled brush to dip in the sticky screen glue and apply it on the screen frame, especially when using a high-mesh screen, make sure that the screen and the screen frame are in close contact. Before cutting the net, make sure the colloid dry time reaches 30 minutes. When in a cold and humid environment, or when there is a stainless steel wire mesh or a rough wire mesh, please increase the drying time of the colloid appropriately;

5.4 After the screen is stretched, it must be left for more than 2 hours before applying the photosensitive adhesive. But it must be left overnight before printing with strong solvents;

5.5 The brush with G-30A/B should be cleaned immediately after use, and before cleaning with a thinner, wipe off excess glue with a cloth or absorbent paper.

6. Matters needing attention

6.1 Store the sticky mesh glue at room temperature, avoid storing it below 0°C, as this will make it thicker, and it may return to normal when placed in a room at 20°C;

6.2 This product contains volatile solvents, please pay attention to ventilation during operation, and wear protective gloves and masks;

6.3 After use, close the bottle cap tightly to prevent volatilization;

6.4 Keep away from any sources of ignition.
