Stripping concentration solution（DB500S）is an excellent liquid to strip the emulsion on the mesh, It is special for re-claim the stencil use.

Usage

Step 1. Pour 1kg DB500 liquid with 30kg water in bucket.

Step 2. Put the stencil into the liquid of DB500S.

Step 3.  Wait for only 2-4 minutes (For high density stencil, wait for 7-10 minntes)，please don’t leave the stencil in the liquid too long time, otherwise it will broken mesh.

Step 4. Then spray forcefully the emulsion area by water gun until the screen clear.

Notice:

1. Close the bottle tightly to prevent volatilization, store in the cold, dark and ventilated place.

 2. This product contain alkaline , please put on protective gloves and masks and process in ventilated place.

Storage:

Storage in a dry, ventilated place in 20℃~25℃
