1. Scope of application

1.1 It is suitable for low-temperature water transfer printing of various substrates such as bicycle frames, helmets, rackets, and woodware;

1.2 It is suitable for various weather environments and various curved surfaces, with wide adaptability.

2. Characters

2.1 Appearance: colorless transparent viscous resin solution;

2.2 Main ingredients: methacrylic polymer resin;

2.3 Solid content: 40±2% (weight percent);

2.4 Viscosity: V-X (Gaedner bubble viscometer, 25°C).

3. Features

3.1 Good transparency;

3.2 Excellent printability, smooth surface, no flying ink, no stringing;

3.3 It has high strength, toughness and sufficient flexibility, and it is not easy to break when used in winter;

3.4 There is no need to tear the film after reposting, the process is simple and the production efficiency is high;

3.5 Excellent adhesion and adhesion with the lower ink and upper PU varnish, no separation from the lower ink and upper PU varnish.

4. Printing and reposting process

4.1 Print ink on water transfer backing paper, after it is completely dry, use 60-80 mesh (inch) polyester or nylon screen printing YR-6103 non-tearing film, the best screen film thickness is 15-25μm ;

4.2 Soak the decal paper that has been printed without tearing the film and completely dried in water for 2-3 minutes;

4.3 Put the soaked transfer paper on the substrate, press the side of the tear-off film with your fingers, and remove the backing paper from between the film layer and the substrate;

4.4 Use soft squeegee to drive away the air bubbles between the non-tear film and the substrate, so that the film layer and the substrate can be closely attached;

4.5 After the non-tear film on the substrate is completely dry, spray PU varnish, and finally bake according to the material of the substrate;

4.6 When it is necessary to reduce the softness of the non-tear film when it is applied to a small curved surface or used in hot weather, YR-6203 non-tear film hardener can be added;

4.7 In general, the non-tear film does not need to be diluted, but according to the situation, a special thinner for the non-tear film can be added appropriately;

4.8 It is recommended to use non-tear film special thinner or general thinner for screen cleaning.

5. YR-6203 non-tear film hardener

5.1 Adding it to YR-6103 non-tearing film can improve the hardness of non-tearing film;

5.2 It is suitable for products that require high hardness of non-tearing film, such as summer or large-area transfer printing.

6. Matters needing attention

6.1 The use of the above process needs to be fully demonstrated through production experiments, and the best printing, drying and baking methods must be determined before being used in batches;

6.2 The printed flower paper should not be stored for a long time, it is recommended to use it up within one month;

6.3 The solvent used is flammable, please keep away from fire sources;

6.4 In order to avoid deterioration of the operating environment caused by organic solvents, please fully ventilate;

6.5 Please store the leftovers after use in a cool and dark place
