1. Purpose

Glass, handheld computer glass, solar silicon wafers, biological test pieces, light-emitting instruments, electronic components, etc.

2. Characteristics

1.1 The horizontal sliding seat adopts a double linear guide rail structure, which improves the strength and precision, and runs lightly and quietly;

1.2 The screen clip frame adopts movable cantilever design, and the structure is light;

1.3 The screen lifting adopts servo motor with ball screw drive, linear guide rail guidance, fast operation, quiet operation, and adjustable plate spacing to ensure high-precision printing requirements;

1.4 The printing stroke adopts servo motor, with dual linear guide rail guidance, fast and stable operation, accurate positioning, stroke/speed CNC setting, to ensure high-precision printing requirements;

1.5 The newly designed printing seat integrates multiple adjustment mechanisms such as the angle/depth/printing pressure of the scraper/ink knife to meet various printing effects and convenient operation requirements;

1.6 Three-point fine-tuning is precise and easy to adjust, making the adjustment fast and accurate;

1.7 Man-machine interface numerical control, can set a variety of functions and operating parameters, which is conducive to the digitization and standardization of operation;

1.8 The oil-free three-point combination does not produce exhaust oil mist pollution and is suitable for use in clean rooms.
