1. Purpose

Suitable for screen printing of flat sheet/hard sheet-shaped printed parts that require high-precision automatic positioning printing, such as LCD panels, flexible circuits (FPC), in-mold decoration (IMD), membrane buttons (Membrane Switch), mobile phone glass , handheld computer glass, solar silicon wafers, biological test pieces, light-emitting instruments, electronic components...etc.

2. Characteristics

2.1 The whole machine is composed of alignment section and printing section;

2.2 The alignment section is equipped with 2 or 4 CCD lenses, X/X/Y transmission system, which automatically aligns the alignment table;

2.3 The CCD visual alignment system uses an industrial computer + Window version high-level program to drive the three-axis alignment system, and the alignment is fast and accurate. The operation interface adopts color LCD screen + mouse;

2.4 The horizontal sliding seat adopts a double linear guide rail structure, which improves the strength and precision, and runs lightly and quietly;

2.5 The screen clip frame adopts movable cantilever design, and the structure is light;

2.6 The screen lifting adopts servo motor with ball screw drive, linear guide rail guidance, fast operation, quiet operation, and adjustable plate spacing to ensure high-precision printing requirements;

2.7 The printing stroke adopts a servo motor, which is guided by a double linear guide rail, runs fast and stable, and has precise positioning. The stroke/speed is set by numerical control to ensure high-precision printing;

2.8 The newly designed printing seat integrates multiple adjustment mechanisms such as the angle/depth/printing pressure of the scraper/flooding knife to meet various printing effects and convenient operation requirements;

2.9 Three-point fine-tuning is precise and easy to adjust, making the adjustment fast and accurate;

2.10 Man-machine interface numerical control, can set a variety of functions and operating parameters, which is conducive to the digitization and standardization of operation;

2.11 The oil-free three-point combination does not produce exhaust oil mist pollution and is suitable for use in clean rooms.
