1. Purpose

It is used for silk screen printing of various flat/sheet/lithographic prints. For example: printed circuit boards, nameplate instruments, membrane buttons, cold light panels, photoelectric display films, stickers, transfer paper, posters...etc.

2. Characteristics

2.1 The vertical lifting adopts gear reduction motor with linear guide rail, uses photoelectric switch to control positioning, fast speed, accurate positioning, long-term use, and maintenance-free;

2.2 The clamping frame of the moving screen version cooperates with manual locking, which makes the installation convenient and firm, and the clamping frame is equipped with a height fine-tuning, which can be adjusted to clamp screen frames of different thicknesses;

2.3 It has the function of slowly lifting the plate to avoid the phenomenon of sticking to the screen after printing;

2.4 The printing stroke adopts DC brushless motor and precision guide rail, the printing speed is stable, and the speed can be infinitely variable. Man-machine setting of printing range, easy to operate;

2.5 The printing head can be raised and lowered manually, which is convenient for replacing the scraper, flooding knife, screen frame, and scrubbing the screen;

2.6 Adopt PLC, man-machine, control motor control, can choose a variety of printing modes, to meet the diverse printing requirements;

2.7 The operation of the additional button panel makes the manual adjustment process safe and convenient, and prevents human-machine operation errors;

2.8 Multiple safety protection designs ensure the safety of life, cooperate with the safety prompts of the man-machine, and quickly eliminate safety faults and hidden dangers.
