1. Purpose

It is suitable for printing of thin film keys, flexible circuit boards (FPC), mobile phone panels, touch panels, light guide plates, diffusers, semiconductor components and other products.

2. Characteristics

2.1 The horizontal sliding seat adopts a double linear guide rail structure, which improves the strength and precision, and runs lightly and quietly;

2.3 The screen lifting adopts servo motor with ball screw drive, linear guide rail guidance, fast operation, quiet operation, and adjustable plate spacing to ensure high-precision printing requirements;

2.4 The printing stroke adopts servo motor, with double linear guide rail guidance, fast and stable operation, accurate positioning, stroke/speed CNC setting, to ensure high-precision printing requirements;

2.5 The newly designed printing seat integrates multiple adjustment mechanisms such as the angle/depth/printing pressure of the scraper/ink knife to meet various printing effects and convenient operation requirements;

2.6 Three-point fine-tuning is precise and easy to adjust, making the adjustment fast and accurate;

2.7 Man-machine interface numerical control, can set a variety of functions and operating parameters, which is conducive to operation data and standardization;
