1. Select PLC programmable controller and HMI human-machine interface as the operating system, and all actions are set by touch screen operation.

2. The frame clamping/unframeing action is controlled by the foot switch to take and release the screen plate by the pneumatic chuck.

3. Coating speed, coating time and single and double-sided coating can be set freely.

4. Equipped with a pressure regulating device, the thickness of the coating film can be controlled by setting the coating pressure and the number of times of coating.

5. Before the end of the stroke, it will automatically decelerate and spread to a distance of 20mm from the frame, no need to mend the edge.

6. The guide rail is made of special steel to achieve low vibration and no ripples during the coating process.

7. The operation interface is preset with multiple languages, multiple coating modes and detailed parameter settings.

8. The high-precision aluminum photosensitive rubber scraper with special anti-corrosion treatment is completely attached to the coating structure without gaps to ensure smooth and even coating.
