1. Scope of application

Applied to the surface coating of wine bottles, glass, metal, etc.

2. Product Features

2.1 Two-liquid curing type;

2.2 Glossy type, with excellent gloss; and can be adjusted into semi-matte and matte type according to customer requirements;

2.3 Low odor, environmental protection, in line with EU ROHS directive;

2.4 Good chemical resistance, especially strong resistance to alcohol erosion;

2.5 Good post-processing;

2.6 Ex-factory viscosity: 120± 5 seconds (Iwata 2# viscometer, 25°C);

2.7 Spray viscosity: 9.5 to 13 seconds.

3. Product properties

3.1 Test conditions: This test is carried out on ordinary glass wine bottles using black ink. 100℃× 30 minutes forced drying;

3.2 Test method: After drying, test the sample after standing for 2 hours;

3.3 Special Note: The above test results are based on our company's environment, not guaranteed values, and are for reference only.

4. Spraying process

4.1 Deployment ratio: main agent: curing agent: thinner = 6:1:6, stir well and leave it for 20 minutes before spraying. It can be used for about 5 hours after deployment;

4.2 Coating area: The theoretical spraying amount is 15-25M2/KG, and the film thickness is 13-20μm. The actual amount of coating will vary with product shape, coating equipment, construction environment, and spraying process

skill level, etc.;

4.3 Drying/curing: 120℃× more than 30 minutes.

5. Matters needing attention

5.1 The difference in drying conditions, the degreasing process on the glass surface and the occurrence of some unfavorable conditions on the spraying line will cause the product to have different adhesion and physical properties of the final paint film.

Differences, please be sure to do relevant tests and confirm before using in batches;

5.2 Before using this product, please read the MSDS carefully and understand the responsibilities of the user before using it;

5.3 When using this product, necessary ventilation and fire-fighting measures are required, and please protect yourself and the working environment.

6. Save

Please seal the unused product, store it in a dark, cool and ventilated place, and keep it away from fire sources.

7. Shelf life

One year from the date of manufacture. After opening, it is recommended to use as soon as possible.
