1. Scope of application

It is suitable for printing on pure cotton, cotton blended and other fiber fabrics.

2. Product Features

2.1 It has strong stretchability for elastic fabrics, soft and delicate hand feeling, high thixotropy, and high printing suitability;

2.2 The pattern is bright in color and has a strong three-dimensional effect;

2.3 No volatile organic solvents, no phthalate plasticizers, no PVC, non-toxic and harmless;

2.4 Excellent low temperature flexibility and weather resistance.

3. Product properties

3.1 Suitable mesh: 80-200 mesh screen (ordinary screen and thick film screen can be used);

3.2 Curing conditions: recommended 140°C-160°C, 2-3 minutes;

3.3 Thinner: special thinner RG-1102;

3.4 Cleaning agent: TS-300 net washing water;

3.5 Coating area: 15-20 square meters/kg (61T polyester monofilament, photosensitive glue screen).

4. How to use

4.1 Before use, stir lightly by hand to avoid air ingress, stir well and let it stand for 5-10 minutes before printing, the effect is better;

4.2 According to the printing needs, an appropriate amount of special thinner can be added when stirring, and do not add solvent to dilute;

4.3 The printing screen cannot be cleaned with thinner, and the printing should be started after the solvent on the screen is completely evaporated.

5. Color matching system

Only this series of inks can be mixed with each other, and our company's G series special color paste can also be used for color mixing, and other types of inks cannot be mixed.

6. Supporting Auxiliaries

Thickener: DA-610/DA-606.

7. Matters needing attention

7.1 This series of inks are non-ordinary solvent-based inks, so do not add other organic solvents and water during operation;

7.2 Be sure to stir well before use, and do not add diluent at will;

7.3 If the additives are not used according to the instructions or the quality of the diluent is not good, the printing effect will be affected.

Eight, important instructions

Different batch numbers or materials produced by different manufacturers have different adaptability to ink, and mass production should be carried out after trial printing is confirmed to meet the quality requirements.

Nine, save:

Please keep it sealed in a dark, cool and ventilated place, and keep away from fire sources. The storage temperature is between 15°C and 35°C.

10. Shelf life

One year from the date of manufacture. After opening, it is recommended to use as soon as possible.
