HCB-YH series ink

1. Scope of application


HCB-YH series is a two-component reactive screen printing ink that can be printed on most metals, painted surfaces, (tempered) glass, hardened acrylic, etc., and can be bent, punched, and CNC cut.


2. Product Features


2.1 Two-liquid curing system;


2.2 Bright type, with excellent gloss and fullness;


2.3 Excellent chemical resistance;


2.4 Low odor, environmental protection, in line with ROHS directive.


3. Product properties


3.1 Test conditions: This test was carried out on the PMMA material hardened by Mitsubishi MR-200, using black ink added with 10% DR-005A curing agent;


Screen: 250 mesh screen, film thickness 8μm; single-pole printing; forced drying at 80℃×30 minutes;


3.2 Test method: test after printing and drying the samples for 24 hours;


3.3 Special matters: The above test results are based on our company's environment, not guaranteed values, and are for reference only.


4. Printing process


4.1 Screen mesh: 200-300 mesh;


4.2 Please use TE series special diluent, the addition ratio is 1~10%;


4.3 Special curing agent: please use DR-005A, DR-005B curing agent, the addition ratio is 10%;


4.4 It is recommended to use TS-300 special cleaning agent for screen cleaning.


5. Matters needing attention


5.1 When diluting, please be sure to use TE series special thinner, and do not mix it with other inks or solvents;


5.2 Due to differences in drying conditions, Hard-Coating surface hardness, printing process and post-processing, there will be differences in adhesion and final ink layer physical properties. Please be sure to test and confirm before using in batches;


5.3 When using this product, please be sure to obtain the specified MSDS, read it carefully and understand the user's responsibilities before using it.


6. Drying/curing


6.1 Forced drying at 80°C×30 minutes after printing;


6.2 Forced drying at 150°C×10 minutes after printing;


6.3 Forced drying at 180°C×5 minutes after printing.


7. Save


Please keep away from fire sources, and store sealed in a dark, cool and ventilated place.


8. Shelf life


Two years from the date of manufacture. After mixing with the curing agent, please use it within 3 to 6 hours (depending on the season and temperature), otherwise the final performance will be affected due to the reaction gel curing.
