1. Scope of application

It is suitable for pattern pad printing of various hard plastic shells such as mobile phones, electronic appliances, stationery, toys, etc. made of ABS, ABS+PC, PMMA and other plastics.

2. Product Features

2.1 Volatile and dry single liquid type;

2.2 Low odor, environmental protection, in line with EU ROHS directive;

2.3 It has excellent pad printing properties, and the ink film has good thick film properties, scratch resistance, alcohol resistance and anti-sticking properties.

3. Product properties

3.1 Test conditions: This test is carried out on ABS and PC substrates using SR-200 black ink;

3.2 Drying: Forced drying at 70°C×30 minutes;

3.3 Test method: test after printing and drying the samples at room temperature for 24 hours;

4. Pad printing process

4.1 Adjust according to the performance of the customer's own pad printing equipment and product requirements;

4.2 Please use TR series special diluent, the addition ratio is 1-10%;

4.3 It is recommended to use TS-300 special cleaning agent for steel plate and pad printing head cleaning;

4.4 Supporting additives: anti-drawing and antistatic agent——DT1; PP treatment agent——DP1; curing agent——DR-002;

4.5 Drying/curing: physical drying: room temperature 20°C× 24 hours, to achieve ideal ink film performance;

4.6 Forced drying: 70℃×30 minutes to achieve the best physical and chemical properties.

5. Matters needing attention

5.1 Before pad printing, please ensure that the surface of the substrate is clean and free of oil, and it is best to perform static electricity removal treatment, otherwise it is prone to burrs, wire drawing and other adverse conditions;

5.2 When diluting, please use TR series special thinner, and do not mix it with other inks or solvents;

5.3 Due to the differences in pad printing methods and drying conditions caused by different substrates, there are likely to be differences in adhesiveness, color registering effect and thickness of the final film layer. Please be sure to

6. Save

Please keep away from fire sources, and store sealed in a dark, cool and ventilated place.

7. Shelf life

Two years from date of manufacture; 3 months for silver and 1 month for gold. After opening, it is recommended to use as soon as possible.
