1. Scope of application

It is suitable for untreated PET sheets, PET stickers, Xiaoyinlong, Liangyinlong and other PET materials and some metal materials (add an appropriate amount of hardener).

2. Product Features

2.1 Volatile and dry single liquid type;

2.2 Low odor, environmental protection, in line with EU ROHS directive;

2.3 It has good alkali washing resistance and chemical resistance;

2.4 The ink layer is bright and smooth, with good leveling and no pinholes.

3. Product properties

3.1 Test conditions: This test is to dilute CPT-100 white ink with dry solvent in CPT, use 300 mesh screen plate, and print on 16μm polyester film;

3.2 Drying: place at room temperature for 24 hours;

3.3 Test method: test after printing and drying the samples at room temperature for 24 hours;

4. Printing process

4.1 Please use super slow drying solvent TS-3, slow drying solvent TS-7A, medium drying solvent TS-37, fast drying solvent TS-96, and the addition ratio is 5-15%;

4.2 According to printing requirements, print after mixing evenly;

4.3 For multi-color overprinting, it needs to be surface-dried before printing in the next color.

5. Drying/curing

5.1 Physical drying: room temperature 20℃× 24 hours, to achieve ideal ink film performance;

5.2 Forced drying: 70℃×30 minutes to achieve the best physical and chemical properties.

6. Supporting Auxiliaries

Anti-drawing antistatic agent DT-1, curing agent DR-002.

7. Matters needing attention

7.1 Different manufacturers have different basic characteristics of materials, so trial printing before mass production is very important;

7.2 To print fine lines or dot strips, a slow-drying thinner should be used;

7.3 If the bubbles in the ink do not disappear and then print, the ink layer will produce bubbles or pinholes;

7.4 Static electricity on the screen or the surface to be printed will cause pinholes in the ink layer after printing;

7.5 If the additives are not used according to the instructions or the quality of the diluent is not good, it will affect the printing effect;

7.6 After the product is printed, the solvent in the ink film should be completely volatilized before it can be stacked for shipment;

7.7 According to climate change, diluents with different drying speeds should be selected;

7.8 This product requires no dust on the surface of the printed matter and the printing environment, otherwise it will affect the printing effect;

7.9 This series of defoaming and leveling agents are special-purpose and cannot be replaced by other additives, otherwise the recoating effect will be affected;

7.10 When using this product, please be sure to obtain the specified MSDS, read it carefully and understand the user's responsibilities before using it.

8. Save

Please keep away from fire sources, and store sealed in a dark, cool and ventilated place.

9. Shelf life

From the date of production: 2 years for varnish and color ink; 3 months for silver; 1 month for gold. After opening, it is recommended to use as soon as possible.
