1. Application scope:

It is suitable for surface-hardened PC, PET, PMMA and other resin boards. It is used in the display of electronic game machines, mobile phones, GPS, audio, home appliances and other products. It is suitable for a wide range of operations from small panels of mobile phones to large windows of TVs.

2. Product Features:

1. Two liquid curing type.

2. It has excellent adhesiveness, chemical resistance and covering property.

3. It has excellent post-machining performance.

3. Product properties (enhanced surface):

Test conditions: This test is carried out on the PMMA material hardened by Mitsubishi MR-200, using black ink added with 10% DR-002 curing agent.

Screen: 250-mesh screen, film thickness 8um; single-pole printing; forced drying at 70°C×60 minutes.

Test method: test after printing and drying the samples for 24 hours.

Special matters: 1. The weather resistance is tested with white ink;

4. Printing process:

1. Screen mesh: 200-300 mesh.

2. Please use TH series special thinner, and the addition ratio is 1-10%.

3. It is recommended to use TS-300 special cleaning agent for screen cleaning.

5. Drying/curing conditions: Forced drying at 65°C to 80°C×30 minutes after printing.

6. Matters needing attention:

1. Please be sure to use TH series special thinner when diluting, and do not mix it with other inks or solvents.

2. Due to differences in drying conditions, Hard-Coating surface hardness, printing process and post-processing, there will be differences in adhesion and final ink layer properties. Please be sure to test and confirm before using in batches. .

3. When using this product, please be sure to obtain the specified MSDS, read it carefully and understand the user's due responsibilities before using it.

7. Storage: Keep away from fire sources, and store in a sealed, dark, cool and ventilated place.

8. Shelf life:

Two years from the date of manufacture. After mixing with the curing agent, please use it within 3 to 6 hours (depending on the season and temperature), otherwise the final performance will be affected due to the reaction gel curing.
