1. Scope of application


It is suitable for screen printing of refrigerator/freezer door, microwave oven panel and other home appliance glass and various metal products.


2. Product Features


2.1 Single-liquid low-temperature baking type;


2.2 Low odor, environmental protection, in line with EU ROHS directive;


2.3 Good gloss, smooth and bright surface;


2.4 Good chemical resistance and alcohol resistance, excellent adhesion and covering on glass and metal;


2.5 It has excellent flexibility and can provide good post-processing for metal products.

3. Product properties

3.1 Test conditions: This test is carried out on tempered refrigerator glass doors using white ink;


3.2 Screen: 300-mesh screen, film thickness 25μm; single-pole printing; forced drying at 170℃×30 minutes;


3.3 Test method: test the printed and dried samples directly after cooling;


3.4 Special Note: The above test results are based on our company's environment, not guaranteed values, and are for reference only.


4. Printing process


4.1 Screen mesh: 200-300 mesh;


4.2 Please use TG series special diluent, the addition ratio is 1~10%;


4.3 It is recommended to use TS-300 special cleaning agent for screen cleaning.


5. Matters needing attention


5.1 Please ensure that the surface of the glass material is clean before using this product;


5.2 When diluting, please be sure to use TG series special thinner, and do not mix it with other inks or solvents;


5.3 Due to the difference in substrate material and working environment, the reference heating temperature and time will change, please fully test before batch use;


5.4 When using this product, please be sure to obtain the specified MSDS, read it carefully and understand the user's responsibilities before using it.


6. Drying/curing


150℃~180℃×30 minutes.


7. Save


Please keep away from fire sources, and store sealed in a dark, cool and ventilated place.


8. Shelf life


One year from the date of manufacture. After opening, it is recommended to use as soon as possible.
