1. Scope of application

It is suitable for water transfer printing of bronzing and silver stamping patterns on (milk) glass and painted surfaces. It can be used for embossing effects and can play a very good role as a "bridge" between (milk) glass, painted surfaces and gold foil. It is recommended to use it with Tianling S-11 bronzing surface oil and Tianling tearable film.

2. Performance characteristics

2.1 This product is a two-component low-temperature baking solvent-based bronzing primer;

2.2 It has excellent bonding fastness to glass and painted surfaces, and also has good fastness to bronzing film;

2.3 Low odor, environmentally friendly, in line with EU RoHS standards.

3.1 Test method: In this test, the prepared S-101 bronzing base oil is used, combined with gold foil paper, Tianling S-11 bronzing surface oil, and Tianling tear-off film to make embossed flower paper, which is put on ordinary glass wine after standing for 1 day The bottle was tested after being baked at 170°C for 30 minutes.

4. Supporting additives

Curing agent: DR-005B

Thinner: TS-7

Five, ink deployment

Please mix the ink according to the following ratio and stir well:

S-101 bronzing primer : DR-005B curing agent = 10 : 0.4

(According to the size of bronzing patterns and the fineness of lines, 5-10% of TS-7 thinner can be added appropriately)

6. Screen printing

To print thick film relief patterns, it is recommended to use a 100-150 mesh screen with a film thickness of 100-200µm.

7. Matters needing attention

7.1 Please use up the ink prepared after adding curing agent within 8 hours;

7.2 Please use Tianling S-11 bronzing surface oil as a set;

7.3 The adhesion of the printed decal paper to the glass surface and the painted surface will decrease due to the prolongation of the storage time. It is recommended that the customer print the decal paper and transfer it within a week, otherwise the adhesion will be damaged due to the long storage time. decline;

7.4 Due to different substrate materials and working environments, the reference heating temperature and time will change, please fully test before use;

7.5 In order to avoid deterioration of the operating environment caused by organic solvents, please fully ventilate. The solvent used is pyrophoric, keep away from sources of ignition. Please store the leftovers in a cool and dark place sealed after use.
