1. Scope of application


It is suitable for surface printing of treated PET, PC, PMMA, PVC substrates, as well as various physical plating materials and Hard-Coating materials, and is used in electronic film development


Guan, mark pull film, PET material labels and signs, metal nameplates, etc.

3. Product properties


3.1.1 Test conditions: This test is carried out on 16μm treated PET material with black ink;


Screen: 250 mesh screen, film thickness 8μm; single-pole printing; forced drying at 70℃×10 minutes;


3.1.2 Test method: test after printing and drying the sample for 24 hours;


3.1.3 Special matters:


A. Weather resistance *The white ink is used for testing;

3.2.1 Test conditions: This test is carried out on galvanized sheet and ABS sputtered aluminum surface with black ink added with 10% DR-002 curing agent;


Screen: 300 mesh screen, film thickness 8μm; single-pole printing; forced drying at 70℃×30 minutes;


3.2.2 Test method: test after printing and drying the sample for 24 hours;


3.2.3 Special matters:


A. The weather resistance is tested with white ink; the bending resistance* and impact resistance* tests are only carried out on galvanized sheets;

3.3 【Physical property test 3】Reinforced surface  

3.3.1 Test conditions: This test is carried out on the PMMA material hardened by Mitsubishi MR-200, using black ink added with 10% DR-002 curing agent;


Screen: 300-mesh screen, film thickness 8μm; single-pole printing; forced drying at 70°C×60 minutes;


3.3.2 Test method: test after printing and drying the samples for 24 hours;


3.3.3 Special matters:


A. Weather resistance *The white ink is used for testing;

4. Printing process


4.1 Screen mesh: 200-300 mesh;


4.2 Please use TA series special diluent, the addition ratio is 1~10%;


4.3 It is recommended to use TS-300 special cleaning agent for screen cleaning.


5. Matters needing attention


5.1 Before printing, please ensure that the surface of the base material is clean and free of oil, and it is best to perform static electricity removal treatment, otherwise it is prone to burrs, wire drawing and other adverse conditions;


5.2 Please use TA series special thinner when diluting, and do not mix it with other inks or solvents;


5.3 Due to the differences in printing methods and drying conditions caused by different substrates, there are likely to be differences in adhesion, color registering effect and thickness of the final film layer. Please be sure to


Relevant tests must be done before batch use and confirmed before use;


5.4 When using this product, please be sure to obtain the specified MSDS, read it carefully and understand the user's responsibilities before using it.


6. Drying/curing


Conventional drying: self-drying, hot air blowing, low temperature drying. Add curing agent and dry at 65°C-80°C×30 minutes.


7. Save


Please keep away from fire sources, and store sealed in a dark, cool and ventilated place.


8. Shelf life


Two years from the date of manufacture. After opening, it is recommended to use as soon as possible.
